Recently, we turned back the clock with a week-long pop-up dedicated to one of fitness’s most unforgettable decades. From neon accessories and throwback workout equipment to nostalgic snacks and playlists packed with 90s favorites, the event was a celebration of all things 90s fitness with a Crunch twist.

The nostalgia started the moment guests walked through the door. Everyone was welcomed with Crunch retro tanks, neon knee-high socks, and colorful scrunchies before gearing up for a workout experience straight out of the 90s.
The main event kicked off with a BOING! Kangoo Jumps workout led by Mitchell Wayne. With 90s hip-hop and pop hits setting the tone, guests bounced, sweated, and smiled their way through an energetic class that brought serious cardio and even more fun.

Next up was a ThighMaster finisher led by Brookelyn. Inspired by one of the decade’s most iconic fitness tools, the workout challenged guests while delivering the perfect dose of throwback fitness nostalgia.
Beyond the workouts, the event was all about embracing the playful side of fitness. Whether guests experienced the 90s or were seeing these trends for the first time, the energy in the room was contagious from start to finish.

After the final rep, everyone stuck around for a post-workout “90s Pizza Party.” Complete with Gushers, nostalgic snacks, and plenty of photo opportunities, it was the perfect way to wrap up the afternoon and keep the throwback vibes going.
The party didnt stop there! The rest of the week included Hula Hoop Pilates, Cardio Tai Boxing, Rope Burn, Urban Rebounding, Step Challenges, and a Cardio Jam, all set to the 90’s greatest hits. Thank you to our incredible Group Fitness staff, and our Crunch Fam for coming in to have fun.
